The idea grew out of the roots of the oldest Italian water skiing school, IdroSciatori Isola, founded in 1946 by Wilfrido Cazzaniga. Mino Cazzaniga, his son, a former European water-ski champion, transformed it in 2006 into “Hiring a Boat? at the Comacina island!”, with the idea of introducing everyone to the great beauty of the lake as seen from the lake.
The Marina is in Ossuccio and enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of the Comacina island. To access the moorings, one has to walk along a small road that departs from Via Statale Regina civic number 80, known as ‘Via al lago’.
